Terms of Service

Welcome to Brackzy ("we", "us"). By using brackzy.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Brackzy lets organizers create and display tournament brackets, record results, and optionally upload participant photos. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the content you add — tournament names, participant names, logos and photos. You confirm you have the right to use that content, including consent from the people who appear in photos (and from a parent or guardian for minors). Do not upload unlawful, infringing or offensive content.

3. Access & PINs

Tournaments are managed with an organizer PIN. Anyone with the tournament link can view it; anyone with the PIN can edit it. Keep your PIN private. We are not responsible for changes made by people you shared the link or PIN with.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no scraping at scale, attempting to access other tournaments' admin functions, uploading malware, or using Brackzy for anything unlawful.

5. Deletion

Organizers can delete a tournament (including its photos) at any time from the tournament settings. We may remove content that violates these terms and may delete tournaments that have been inactive for over 12 months.

6. Paid plans

Some features may become part of a paid plan. Prices will be shown before any purchase. During beta, all features are free.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brackzy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: hello@brackzy.com.
