What we store
- Tournament data you enter: tournament name, participant names, results, scores, theme settings, and an organizer PIN.
- Photos and logos the organizer uploads (optional). These are visible to anyone with the tournament link.
- No accounts: Brackzy does not require registration and does not collect emails, passwords, or payment details today.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We don't use tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage remembers conveniences like your language and your own PIN, on your device only.
- We don't make tournament pages searchable: tournament links are excluded from search-engine indexing.
Photos & children
Photos are optional โ brackets work with initials. If you upload photos of other people, especially minors (for example at a school event), you are responsible for having their consent or a guardian's. Organizers can replace or delete any photo instantly from the tournament, and deleting a tournament permanently removes its photos.
Where data lives
Data is stored with Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and R2) in their global infrastructure. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Deletion
Organizers can delete a tournament and all of its data from the โ settings inside the tournament. You can also email hello@brackzy.com with the tournament link to request removal.
Changes & contact
We'll update this page if our practices change. Questions: hello@brackzy.com.
